On UT day 19-Feb solar activity is expected to be R0-R1. The solar
wind speed is expected to be light, with a slight chance of becoming
light to moderate due to a very weak glancing blow from a recent CME.
G0 geomagnetic conditions are expected. HF radio communication
conditions are expected to be normal. Maximum usable frequencies are
expected to be near predicted monthly values to 15% enhanced. S0 solar
radiation conditions are expected.
