On UT day 17-Feb solar activity is expected to be R1-R2, chance R3,
then decline to R0-R1, as an active solar region has just left the
solar disk. The solar wind speed is expected to be light to moderate.
The solar proton flux is slightly enhanced following a recent R3
southwest limb flare. G0 geomagnetic conditions are expected. HF radio
communication conditions are expected to be normal. Maximum usable
frequencies are expected to be near predicted monthly values to 15%
enhanced. S0 solar radiation conditions are expected.
