On UT day 28-Apr, solar activity is expected to be R1. Solar region
AR3654 has shown rapid growth in the past 24 hours. The solar wind
speed is expected to be light to moderate. G0 geomagnetic conditions
are expected with a slight chance for G1. Maximum usable frequencies
are expected to be near predicted monthly values to 15% enhanced. HF
radio communication condition is expected to be mostly normal with
mild degradations at high latitudes. S0 solar radiation storm
conditions are expected. Isolated shortwave fadeouts are expected.
