wind speed is expected to be light to moderate. G0 geomagnetic
conditions are expected with a slight chance for G1. Maximum usable
frequencies are expected to be near predicted monthly values. HF radio
communication condition is expected to be mostly normal with mild
degradations. S0 solar radiation storm conditions are expected.
