On UT day 20-Apr, solar activity is expected to be R1-R2 with a chance
for R3. The solar wind is expected to be strong to moderate. G0
geomagnetic conditions are generally expected, with a chance for G1 at
the start of the UT day. S0 solar radiation storm conditions are
expected. HF radio communication conditions are expected to be
degraded, especially at high latitudes. Maximum usable frequencies are
expected to be near predicted values in low latitudes, and up tp 30%
depressed in high latitudes.
