Solar activity on UT day 27-Sep is expected to be at R0-R1, with the
chance of an isolated R2 flare. The solar wind speed is expected to be
light to moderate. G1 periods were observed overnight. G0, with the
slight chance of G1 geomagnetic conditions are expected for today.
Fair HF conditions were observed overnight for the southern Australian
region. HF radio propagation conditions are expected to be fair to
normal for today, with fair conditions early in the UT day for the
southern Australian region. Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) are
generally expected to be near predicted monthly values to 15%
enhanced, with depressions of 15% expected for the Southern Australian
region early in the UT day on 27-Sep, then recovering. Isolated minor
shortwave fadeouts are possible.
