Solar activity on UT day 25-Sep is expected to be at R1-R2 conditions,
with a chance of R3. The solar wind speed is expected to be moderate
to strong. G1-G2 geomagnetic conditions are expected, with a chance of
G3. HF radio propagation conditions are expected to be degraded,
particularly at higher latitudes. Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs)
are expected to be near predicted monthly values to 15% depressed,
particularly at higher latitudes. Shortwave fadeouts are probable.
