of R3. The solar wind speed is expected to be light to moderate. G0-G1
geomagnetic conditions are expected. HF radio propagation conditions
are expected to be normal. Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) are
expected to be near predicted monthly values. Shortwave fadeouts are
probable.
