On UT day 19-Sep, solar activity is expected to be R0-R1 with a chance
for R2. The solar wind speed is expected to be moderate to strong.
G0-G1 geomagnetic conditions are expected, although there is a chance
for a period of G2 as a geomagnetic storm that commenced from 18/1300
UT persists. HF radio propagation conditions are expected to be
degraded at high and middle latitudes. Maximum usable frequencies
(MUFs) are expected to be 15-25% depressed. S0 solar radiation storm
conditions are expected.
