Solar activity on UT day 08-Sep is expected to be R0-R1 with a slight
chance of an isolated R2 flare. The solar wind speed is expected to be
light. G0 geomagnetic conditions are expected. HF radio propagation
conditions are expected to be normal. Maximum usable frequencies
(MUFs) are expected to be near predicted monthly values to 15%
enhanced. Isolated shortwave fadeouts are possible.
