On UT day 31-Oct solar activity is expected to be R0-R1. The solar
wind speed is expected to be strong, declining to moderate.
Geomagnetic activity is expected to be G0. HF radio communication
conditions are expected to be normal during local daylight hours but
mildly degraded during local night and dawn hours. Maximum usable
frequencies (MUFs) are expected to be near predicted monthly values.
