On UT day 27-Oct, solar activity is expected to be R0 with a chance
for R1. The solar wind speed is expected to be strong to moderate.
Mostly G0 geomagnetic conditions are expected with a slight chance for
G1 early in the UT day. HF radio communication conditions are expected
to be mildly degraded, particularly at local night hours. Maximum
usable frequencies (MUFs) are expected to be near predicted monthly
values to 10-15% depressed.
