On UT day 23-Oct solar activity is expected to be G0. The solar wind
speed is expected to be light to moderate. G0 geomagnetic conditions
are expected. HF radio communication conditions are expected to be
mildly degraded during local morning hours before returning to normal.
Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) are expected to be near predicted
monthly values.
