On UT day 28-Nov solar activity is expected to be R0-R1. Geomagnetic
activity is expected to be G0. The solar wind speed is expected to be
moderate on a declining trend. HF radio communication conditions are
expected to be mostly normal. Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) are
expected to be near predicted monthly values to 15-20% enhanced.
