On UT day 14-Nov solar activity is expected to be R0 with a chance for
R1. The solar wind speed is expected to be moderate to light. G0
geomagnetic conditions are expected. Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs)
are expected to be near predicted values to 15-25% enhanced. HF radio
communication conditions are generally expected to be normal.
