Solar activity on UT day 2-Nov is expected to be at R0-R1 levels. The
solar wind speed is expected to be moderate with a declining trend. G0
geomagnetic conditions are expected. HF radio communication conditions
are expected to be mostly normal. Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs)
are expected to be near predicted monthly values to 15% enhanced.
Isolated minor shortwave fadeouts are possible.
