Solar activity on UT day 21-May is expected to be R1-R2 with a chance
of R3. The solar wind speed is expected to be moderate, tending
towards background levels. G0 geomagnetic conditions are expected.
Mostly normal HF radio propagation conditions are expected. Maximum
usable frequencies (MUFs) are expected to be near predicted monthly
values.
