Solar activity on UT day 16-May is expected to be at the R0 level,
with a slight chance of R1. The solar wind speed is expected to be
moderate to strong. G0 geomagnetic conditions are expected. Normal HF
propagation conditions are expected. Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs)
are expected to be near predicted monthly values to 15% enhanced.
Isolated shortwave fadeouts are possible.
