Solar activity on UT day 11-May is expected to be at R1-R2 levels. S1
solar radiation conditions are expected to fall to S0 conditions over
the UT day. The solar wind is expected to be moderate to strong, with
faster winds being observed late in the UT day. Mostly G0-G1
geomagnetic conditions are expected, however G2-G3 geomagnetic
conditions are expected to commence either at the end of 11-May or
beginning of 12-May due to a CME impact. Degraded HF conditions are
expected by the end of 11-May onwards to 13-May due to anticipated
geomagnetic activity. Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) are expected
to be initially 15% enhanced, tending towards predicted values-20%
depressed.
