Solar activity on UT day 06-May is expected to be at R1-R2 levels. The
solar wind speed is expected to be light initially, then moderate to
strong. G0-G1 geomagnetic conditions are expected due to coronal hole
wind streams and a possible CME impact, with a chance of G2-G3
geomagnetic conditions. G2-G3 geomagnetic conditions are expected to
continue into UT day 07-May as a second CME impact is expected.
Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) are expected to be near predicted
monthly value and HF radio communication conditions are expected to be
normal with mild degradations at local night. Shortwave fadeouts are
possible.
