Solar activity on UT day 03-May is expected to be at the R1 level,
with a chance of R2. The solar wind speed is expected to be moderate.
G0-G1 geomagnetic conditions are expected due to a glancing impact
from a CME first observed on 30-Apr. Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs)
are expected to be near predicted monthly values to 15% enhanced.
Shortwave fadeouts are possible.
