Solar activity on UT day 25-Jun is expected to be at the R1 level,
with an increased chance of an R2 flare. A solar region in the
northern solar hemisphere has increased in area and magnetic
complexity. The solar wind speed is expected to be moderate following
a weak shock arrival late in the UT day on 24-Jun. G0 with the chance
of G1 geomagnetic activity is now expected for 25 Jun, with mildly
enhanced geomagnetic conditions more likely during the first half of
the UT day. G1 periods may be experienced again on 26-Jun due to a
recent R1(M4) flare/CME. Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) are
expected to be near predicted values. HF communication conditions are
expected to be normal during the local day. Moderately degraded HF
conditions may be experienced for the southern Australian region on 25
and 26-Jun during local night hours. Shortwave fadeouts are probable.
