which a chance of R2. The solar wind speed is expected to be moderate
to strong. G0 geomagnetic conditions are expected. Maximum usable
frequencies (MUFs) are expected to be near predicted values. HF
communication conditions are expected to be normal, with mild
degradations possible during local night hours. Shortwave fadeouts are
probable.
