Solar activity on UT day 28-Jul is expected to be at the R1 level. The
solar wind speed is expected to be light to moderate. G0 geomagnetic
conditions are expected. Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) are
expected to be near predicted monthly values. HF communication
conditions are expected to be normal. Isolated shortwave fadeouts are
possible.
