Solar activity on UT day 16-Feb is expected to be at the R1 level. The
solar wind speed is expected to be light. G0 geomagnetic conditions
are expected. Australian region maximum usable frequencies are
expected to be near predicted monthly values to 15% enhanced.
Shortwave fadeouts are possible. A partial halo CME was observed on
15-Feb and is expected to impact Earth's magnetosphere on 18-Feb.
