Solar activity on UT day 9-Feb is expected to be at R1-R2 levels. The
solar wind speed is expected to be strong to moderate. G0 geomagnetic
conditions are expected, with a chance of G1. Australian region
maximum usable frequencies are expected to be near predicted monthly
values. Shortwave fadeouts are probable. A CME observed on 4-Feb
presents the possibility of a glancing impact on 9-Feb.
