solar wind speed is expected to be light. G0 geomagnetic conditions
are expected. Australian region maximum usable frequencies are
expected to be near predicted monthly values to 15% enhanced. A CME
observed on 3-Feb presents the chance of a glancing impact on 6-Feb.
