Solar activity on UT day 20-Dec is expected to be at R0-R1 levels. The
solar wind speed is expected to be initially strong gradually
deceasing to moderate due to declining coronal hole wind stream
influence. G0 geomagnetic conditions are expected. HF radio
communication conditions are expected to be normal. Maximum usable
frequencies (MUFs) in the Australian region are expected to be near
predicted monthly values. Isolated shortwave fadeouts are possible.
