Solar activity on UT day 18-Dec is expected to be at R0-R1 levels. The
solar wind speed is expected to be moderate. G0 geomagnetic conditions
are expected. HF radio communication conditions are expected to be
normal to fair. Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) are depressed after
local dawn in northern Australian regions by up to 20% but are
expected to recover to near predicted monthly values over the UT day.
Isolated shortwave fadeouts are possible.
