Solar activity on UT day 14-Dec is expected to be at R0-R1 levels. A
solar region in the northwest solar quadrant has shown considerable
growth. The solar wind speed is expected to be light to moderate. G0
geomagnetic conditions are expected. A mild increase in geomagnetic
activity is expected on 16-Dec due to a recent faint CME. HF radio
communication conditions are expected to be normal. Maximum usable
frequencies (MUFs) are expected to be near predicted monthly values.
Isolated shortwave fadeouts are possible.
