On UT day 31-Aug, solar activity is expected to be R0 with a chance
for R1-R2. The solar wind speed is expected to be light to moderate.
G0 geomagnetic conditions are expected. HF radio propagation
conditions are expected to be normal. Maximum usable frequencies
(MUFs) are expected to be near predicted values to 15% enhanced.
