Solar activity on UT day 23-Aug is expected to be R0 with a slight
chance for R1. The solar wind speed is expected to be moderate. G0
geomagnetic conditions are expected. HF radio communication conditions
are expected to be mostly normal, with minor degradations at low
latitudes. Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) are expected to be near
predicted values to 25% enhanced. There is a slight chance for
shortwave fadeouts.
