Solar activity is expected to be R0-R1 with a chance for R2 on UT day
17-Aug. The solar wind speed is expected to be light to moderate. G0
geomagnetic conditions are expected. HF radio communication conditions
are expected to be mostly normal, although some degradations at low
latitudes is possible. Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) are expected
to be near predicted values to 20% enhanced.
