Solar activity on UT day 15-Aug is expected to be R0, with a chance
for R1. S0 solar radiation storm conditions are expected. The solar
wind speed is expected to be light to moderate, with a possible mild
increase in wind speed due to a small coronal hole late in the UT day
on 15-Aug. G0 geomagnetic conditions are expected. Maximum usable
frequencies in the Australian region are expected to be near predicted
monthly values to 15% enhanced. HF radio communication conditions are
expected to be mostly normal. Shortwave fadeouts are considered
unlikely.
