Solar activity on UT day 13-Aug is expected to be at R0-R1 levels. The
solar wind speed is expected to be light to moderate. G0 geomagnetic
conditions are expected. Maximum usable frequencies are expected to be
near predicted monthly values to 15% enhanced over 13-15 Aug,
particularly in the southern Australian region. HF radio communication
conditions are expected to be mostly normal. Isolated shortwave
fadeouts are possible.
