Solar activity on UT day 28-Apr is expected to be at the R1 level,
with a chance of R2. The solar wind speed is expected to be strong.
G0-G1 geomagnetic conditions are expected due to ongoing coronal hole
high speed wind stream effects. Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) are
expected to be near predicted monthly values to 15% enhanced. Mildly
degraded HF propagation conditions are possible.
