Solar activity is expected to be at the R0-R1 level for 03 Apr. A new
solar region has emerged rapidly near the centre of the solar disk,
whilst currently small solar flare activity may increase if this
region continues to rapidly develop. The solar wind speed is expected
to be light to moderate. G0 geomagnetic conditions are expected.
Mostly normal HF propagation conditions are expected. MUFs are
expected to be 15% enhanced to near predicted monthly values.
