Solar activity is expected to be at the R0 level for 01 Apr. The solar
wind speed is expected to be moderate declining to light. G0
geomagnetic conditions are expected. Mostly normal HF propagation
conditions are expected. MUFs are expected to be 15% enhanced to near
predicted monthly values.
