Solar activity is expected to be mostly at R0 levels on 30-Sep, with
an increasing chance of R1 class flare activity due to a previously
active solar region returning to the northeast solar limb. The solar
wind speed has increased and is expected to be moderate for 30-Sep,
with an increasing trend 01-02 Oct due to coronal hole wind streams.
The geomagnetic field is expected to be initially at G0, with a chance
of G1 periods on 30-Sep. An increase to G1 conditions is likely during
01-02 Oct, associated with solar coronal hole wind streams. HF
conditions are expected to be initially good for 30-Sep, with degraded
conditions expected on 01-02 Oct for the southern Australian region.
Northern Australian region HF conditions are expected to remain
normal.
