Solar activity is expected to be at the R0 level on 31-Oct. The solar
wind speed is expected to be strong to moderate. G0 geomagnetic
conditions are expected, with a chance of G1 due to ongoing coronal
hole effects. Mostly normal HF conditions are expected, with mild
degradations possible due to increased geomagnetic activity from a
coronal hole high speed wind stream.
