Solar activity is expected to be at R0 levels, with a chance of R1.
The solar wind speed is expected to be moderate to light. G0
geomagnetic conditions are expected, with a slight chance of G1 due to
the expected arrival of a CME first observed on 11-Oct. Mostly normal
HF conditions are expected, with a slight chance of mildly degraded
conditions on 15-Oct. Isolated minor shortwave fadeouts are possible.
