Solar activity is expected to be at predominately the R0 level, with
the chance of isolated R1 flare activity on 13-Oct. The solar wind
speed is expected to be light. G0 geomagnetic conditions are expected.
Mostly normal HF conditions are expected. Isolated minor shortwave
fadeouts are possible.
