Solar activity is expected to be at R0-R1 levels on 01-Oct, primarily
due to returning region AR3089 which previously produced M-class
flares. The solar wind speed is expected to be moderate to strong due
to coronal hole high speed wind streams. The geomagnetic field is
expected to be initially at G0, increasing to G1-G2 on UT day 01-Oct.
G0-G2 conditions are expected over 02-03 Oct as coronal hole high
speed wind streams continue. HF conditions are expected to be mostly
normal, with degraded conditions likely to follow the anticipated
geomagnetic activity over the UT day.
