Solar activity is expected to be at the R0 level on UT day 30-Nov. The
solar wind speed is expected to be strong to very strong. Geomagnetic
conditions are expected to be at the G0 level, with a chance of G1 due
to ongoing coronal hole high speed wind stream effects. Australian
regional maximum usable frequencies are expected to be near predicted
monthly values to mildly depressed, particularly after local dawn for
the southern Australian region. Mildly degraded HF communications
conditions may be experienced at middle to high latitudes.
