Solar activity is expected to be at the R0 level on 23-Nov, with the
chance of isolated R1 flare activity. The solar wind speed is expected
to be light. G0 geomagnetic conditions are expected. Maximum usable
frequencies for HF communication are expected to be near normal, with
mildly degraded HF conditions possible during local night hours for
the southern Australian region.
