Solar activity is expected to be at R0-R1 levels on 16-Nov, with the
chance of an isolated R2 event. The solar wind speed is expected to be
light. G0 geomagnetic conditions are expected for 16 Nov. Isolated G1
periods are possible during second half of the UT day 17-Nov due to a
recent predominately westward coronal mass ejection. Mostly normal HF
propagation conditions are expected, with mildly degraded conditions
possible local night hours 17-Nov for southern Australian region.
Isolated shortwave fadeouts are possible 16-17 Nov.
