Solar activity is expected to be at the R2 level on 6-Nov due to
AR3141 which produced an M5.2 flare at 6/0011UT and has the potential
to produce more M-class flares. The solar wind speed is expected to be
moderate. G0 geomagnetic conditions are expected. Mostly normal HF
conditions are expected, shortwave fadeouts are possible.
