Solar activity is expected to be at the R0 level on 4-Nov. Coronal
hole high speed wind stream effects are ongoing due to an equatorial
coronal hole. The solar wind speed is expected to be strong to very
strong. G0-G1 geomagnetic conditions are expected. Normal to fair HF
conditions are expected.
