Solar flare activity is expected to be at the R0-R1 levels, with a
chance of R2-R3 levels on 22 May. The solar wind speed is expected to
be moderate. G0 geomagnetic conditions are expected. High-frequency
radio communications are expected to be normal to good, although
shortwave fadeouts are possible.
