Solar activity is expected to be at R0-R1 levels, with a slight chance
of R2 level on UT day 14-May. The solar wind speed is expected to be
light. G0 level geomagnetic conditions are expected. High-frequency
radio communications are expected to be mostly normal, with short-wave
fadeouts possible.
